Daily reminders for people who want to practice what they know while real life happens.
Before you scroll further, pause for a moment.
Take a slow breath with your hand (or awareness) on your heart. Feel your feet, your heart and your body.
Open your mind to receive the perfect message for you, in this moment.

The OAM Reminder Deck does not tell you what to do or give you something to believe in. It gives you something to practice, and to be aware of.
Sometimes the reminder moves with you into the day.
A symbol on the card meets a real conversation, decision, or feeling and helps you notice what might otherwise have gone unnoticed.
The symbol on the card becomes a lens through which you become aware of what is happening in and around you.

At its heart, Open Acceptance is a way of being.
OAM stands for the Open Acceptance Method.
Renier Jooste, NLP Master Coach and founder of OAM, developed the method through more than 25 years of exploring and applying acceptance in his own life, and in his work with clients.
His life and business partner, Kathryn Ackermann, OAM coach, holistic movement teacher, writer and artist, understood the teaching too...
But under the pressure of real life, remembering to practice acceptance with an open heart was another matter.
That gap between knowing and remembering became the beginning of the OAM Reminder Deck.
